Career

The human factor makes the difference

Motivated crew with a high level of competence is the key to secure transports and enhanced environmental awareness.

Successful modern tanker shipping demands good teamwork, both at sea and ashore. We actively support a good and positive work environment based on open communication. Everyone onboard and ashore shall always feel a sense of participation and have the confidence to take responsibility when so required.

Our philosophy is that shared experience is the key to success, and that is why we are committed to keep a robust cadet programme, where cadets can combine their theoretical knowledge with practical experience and learn good seamanship first hand.

We strive to recruit internally and for our employees to grow within the company and get the opportunity to reach senior positions with us. One of the cornerstones for this being personal development and continuous training and education throughout their whole careers.

Diversity and inclusion are key levers to strengthen our teams and build an organisational culture where everyone can reach their full potential.

We know that the Human Factor makes the difference and by offering a dynamic workplace with an open work atmosphere, where we keep communication lines short and work closely together, we strive for continuous improvement and keep a motivated crew!
